Exclusive Rights
Exclusive use rights. Beat removed from future licensing.
Exclusive licensing provides the licensee with exclusive use rights to the beat under negotiated terms. Upon execution of the agreement, the beat is removed from future licensing. Producer/songwriter ownership, publishing interests, credits, and applicable royalties are retained unless expressly transferred or modified in a separate written agreement.

Sync Licensing & Publishing Administration
Beyond beat licensing, EXTRAVAGANT PRODUCTIONS develops original music for potential licensing across film, television, advertising, video games, and digital content. Select works may be made available to music supervisors, production companies, brands, and other licensing partners, subject to rights clearance and negotiated terms. We also provide publishing administration support for royalty collection and rights management.
